    Recruitment Consultant- Executive Search

    Nexus Search is a leading recruitment company specialising in the Automotive, Technology and FMCG industry.

    Launched in 2020 with 3 people the business has gone from Strength to strength, we are now an office of 50 people and are continuing to grow, with the launch of our first US office this year in Austin.

    Are you looking to elevate and fast track your sales career?

    When you join the business will be put through our Sales Fast track training programme, working alongside the Directors and our Learning & Development team to help you speed up your progression.

    There will be a tailored training programme in place, which will take you through each stage of the recruitment process, to become a future top biller. This is a business development focused role, you will be tasked with bringing on new clients in your sector. There is plenty of cold calling and winning new business is a must

    • Networking, and developing new and existing business relationships.
    • Client teams and face to face meetings
    • Candidate sourcing via industry specific job boards
    • Candidate screening by phone, video, or in-person
    • Working and achieving weekly, monthly targets
    • Negotiating with both parties

    What we are looking for:

    Recruitment is a sales role and not always a 9 to 5 role An entrepreneurial mind set is a must, as well as a strong work ethic, with the desire to succeed.

    Commission is offered on top of a basic salary, so being financial motivated is a must

    We are looking people who have ideally worked in Sales roles previously or have been entrepuniral in the past, understanding the highs and lows of working in a sales very important and the right mindset is essential, you must be able to bounce back during tough periods.

    Strong communication is key as you will spend most of your day speaking to people on the phone, as well as teams' meetings- you will also go out to meet your clients face to face.
