    We have helped farmers across18countries in their conversion journeyfrom conventional agricultureto regenerative farming practicesto reduce greenhouse gas emissions and remove CO2 from the atmosphere, storing it in soil.

    You'll be responsible for overseeing every aspect of these agreements, from managing contract obligations to conducting financial analysis and ensuring regulatory compliance.

    This role will report directly to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and ideally you will be comfortable making the journey to our London or Copenhagen office at least 2 days per week to spend time in one of our main offices.

    There will also be regular travel to other offices, alongside regular trips elsewhere.

    Execute Partnership Agreements:

    Oversee the implementation of partnership agreements, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled and deadlines are met, while proactively addressing any issues that may arise during execution.


    Financial Analysis:

    Conduct thorough financial analysis to evaluate the potential impact of partnership agreements, including assessing financial risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations to optimise financial outcomes for Agreena.


    Regulatory Compliance:

    Ensure all partnership agreements adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying abreast of regulatory changes and proactively implementing compliance measures as needed.


    Relationship Management:
    Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and evaluate partnership opportunities.
    Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to voluntary carbon markets is preferred.
