This newly refurbished pub/ restaurant is looking for aassistant restaurant manager that can offer an exceptional service.The restaurant has fortyfive covers the kitchen creates home cookedfresh food. The bar serves fine wines cocktails and local beers.

    The role:

    • Hire andretain front of house staff.
    • Build team rotasand manage daily service.
    • Lead by example anddevelop the front of house team.
    • Maintain stocklevels and orders.
    • Manage budgets and monitorgross profits.
    • Ensure all company rules andregulations are followed.
    • Proactively seek outimprovements.
    • Create an amazing guestexperience.

    • Experience working in ormanaging restaurants.
    • Strong managerial skillsand track record of building high performingteams.
