    Job Title: Restaurant Manager

    Location: West London

    Salary: up to £52,000

    Working Hours: Full-time, permanent position

    I'm currently looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager for an exclusive private members club in West London.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the effective management of the Club and Members Bar.
    • Provide inspirational leadership, focusing on understanding Member preferences and needs.
    • Ensure the delivery of a friendly, warm, personalized service fitting a membership club.
    • Maintain operating standards through manuals, and training tools.
    • Implement effective ordering processes and monitor staffing levels.
    • Lead by example, upholding the integrity and values of the club.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in hospitality management - experience in a bar role is a bonus
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of financial procedures and statutory compliance.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
