    We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to contribute to the cozy and welcoming establishment. If you possess a strong commitment to customer service, team leadership, and a love for culinary excellence, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant staff to provide outstanding customer service.
    • Ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant during shifts.
    • Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to create a seamless dining experience.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals.
    • Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
    • Oversee the adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
    • Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and placing orders as necessary.
    • Support the management in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong leadership abilities and a passion for motivating and developing team members.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive and friendly approach.
    • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • A genuine interest in food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences.
