    Osborne Clarke is een internationaal advocatenkantoor met 25 kantoren in 13 landen, met meer dan 1500 advocaten, notarissen en fiscalisten. We leveren topkwaliteit aan topcliënten. Verder doen wij het écht anders.

    Ons Nederlandse kantoor ligt aan het Amsterdamse bos, op de rand van de Zuidas in Amsterdam. Kwaliteit, respect, fun en work-life balance zijn onze kernwaarden.     Voor ons Dispute Resolution team zijn wij op zoek naar een advocaat met ervaring op het gebied van commercial litigation. Ervaring met arbitrage of corporate litigation is een pre. Het team bestaat uit twee partners, vier advocaten en een paralegal. Er wordt veel geadviseerd en geprocedeerd over de beëindiging en totstandkoming van overeenkomsten, onderzoeken van toezichthouders, gefaalde automatiserings- en bouwprojecten, bestuurdersaansprakelijkheid, aandeelhoudersgeschillen, post-closing geschillen, fraudezaken en complexe schadevergoedingen. Deze zaken hebben veelal een internationaal aspect. Een groot deel van onze cliënten is actief in de wholesale, retail, tech, gaming en bouw.

    Heb jij je ontwikkeld op het gebied van commercial en corporate litigation en ongeveer 4 tot 7 jaar werkervaring?

  • En je beroepsopleiding afgerond?
  • Ervaring met het adviseren van cliënten en het procederen op het gebied van civielrechtelijke geschillen?
  • Ben je een teamspeler met internationale interesse?
  • Ben je ambitieus en wil je jezelf ontwikkelen op topniveau en het beste resultaat leveren?
  • Beschik je over een gezonde dosis humor en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden?
  • En ben je vloeiend in Nederlands en vaardig in Engels?
