    If you are looking to step into the role of a Cyber Security Vulnerability Manager, your responsibilities will include leveraging security tools and expertise to safeguard our IT systems and applications. By identifying and addressing security issues, you will play a critical role in defending the Department against cyber threats.

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive vulnerability management program
    • Prioritize security vulnerabilities and threats
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure systems are secure
    • Conduct vulnerability scans and manage testing processes
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
    • Monitor emerging threats and devise mitigation strategies
    • Provide regular reports to senior management
    • Train staff on best security practices
    • Support risk assessments and incident management

    Person Specification

    As a Cyber Security Vulnerability Manager, you should possess:

    • Experience in information security
    • Strong knowledge of security principles
    • Ability to work independently
    • Familiarity with relevant laws and standards
    • Experience in researching cyber threats
    • Knowledge of security technologies
    • Understanding of cloud security principles
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Professional certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
