    An exciting role in a growing team for a valuation specialist or highly analytical and financially literate candidate servicing clients across Europe for a leading and highly regarded specialist operational real estate valuation team with a focus on self storage.

    The role involves the delivery of loan security and accounts valuations, feasibility studies, pricing support and consulting work for a range of external clients and internal stakeholders (including debt and corporate finance teams) .

    Single assets and portfolio transactions support;
    Consulting work relating to benchmark data compilation and market insights gained through valuation experience;
    Exposure primarily to Excel but also Argus Enterprise
    Practical understanding of commercial property and valuations (particularly discounted cashflows).

    preferably in alternative and operational asset classes (such as self storage, automotive, airports, hotels, student housing and other specialist assets).

    Financial modelling skills and experience with Microsoft Excel are essential, knowledge of Argus Enterprise desirable.
    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook essential.
    Must be flexible and a team player;
    Must have a strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing;
