    Description

    You'll be partnering with hiring managers and the leadership team to build and execute sourcing strategies to activate high-quality diverse candidate pools.

    You'll drive a qualitative selection process in line with our framework and deliver top quality hires in an effective manner.

    You will have end-to-end ownership for theMedical, Clinical & Research hiring across MANUAL.

    As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from partnering with hiring managers to define the need, sourcing and attracting top talent to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

    This is a 6 months fixed-term contract to be renewed based on both individual and business performance.
    Lead the recruitment cycle for Medical, Clinical & Research, from job posting to offer acceptance.
    Leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals and networking events.
    Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

    Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding by acting as primary point of contact for candidates, addressing their queries and providing support throughout the recruitment process.


    Data Reporting:
    Maintain accurate candidate records in Recruitee, our ATS.
    Generate recruitment reports to track progress and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
