    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Integrate ESG factors into investment analysis, conducting due diligence, and presenting conclusions during stock discussions.
    • Monitoring ESG factors within internal equity portfolios, evaluating exposure to ESG risks, and escalating concerns to portfolio managers.
    • Contributing to internal equity portfolio ESG reporting and collaborating on firm-wide Responsible Investment initiatives.
    • Assisting in executing engagement plans, communicating with targets, and participating in the proxy voting process.
    • Enhancing ESG procedures, staying updated on market developments, and regulatory changes.

    Requirements:

    • Undergraduate Degree (minimum 2.1)
    • CFA qualified or in progress
    • Self-driven and motivated team player.
    • Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
    • Possesses a strategic mindset and a genuine interest in equity investing.
    • Familiarity with ESG concepts and sustainability practices.
    • Exemplary communication and relationship building skills.
    • Thorough understanding of investment analysis principles and valuation methods.
    • Proficient in utilising MS Office tools for numerical analysis and report writing.
