    We have partnered with a well-established, and forward-thinking Practice in South-West London who are excited to welcome a new ANP to their friendly and enthusiastic team.

    Position Details:

    • Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
    • Job Type: Full-time or part-time, permanent position.
    • Location: South-West London
    • Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum and will be dependent upon skills and experience.
    • Support Team: Work alongside GP's, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, Mental Health Support Worker, HWBC and a social prescribing link worker plus an experienced admin/reception team who are excellent at work flow re-direction.
    • High QOF achievement and Emis Web practice who offer patients a full range of enhanced services.

    About You:

    • Relevant nursing/health degree and independent prescribing qualification.
    • Working at a master's level aware or equivalent that encompasses the four pillars of clinical practice.
    • Experience in Primary Care and/or a GP Practice.
    • Excellent communication skills, effective time management, with the ability to work autonomously and as a team member
    Key Duties


    • Manage patients presenting in practice, or as home visits when required, with a range of acute and chronic medical conditions, utilising history taking, physical examination, problem solving and clinical decision-making skills to establish a diagnosis and treatment plan.
    • Implement and evaluate individual specialised treatment plans for chronic disease patients.
    • Identify, manage and support patients as risk of developing long-term conditions, preventing adverse effects on the patient's health.
