- Management and ownership of operations work planner
- Admin support for the Operations team
- Aid successful new starter process
- Plan ahead on training requirements ensuring up to date records
- Organise and review of labour resource planner, working with the Engineers, Supervisors and Project Managers to allocate the correct resource in the most efficient way
- Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
- Manage PPE stocks stored at office.
- Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules when required
- Control and updating of files and documents as part of our internal job management system
- Update, track and record field assets such as Vans, tool and IT equipment.
- Booking and arranging training requirements.
- Support of the daily project activities that may arise.
- Maintain regular contact with local working partners, be the communication link between the office and field team, checking and updating each one on their work plan
- Contribute to the monthly activities report
- Arrange accommodation cost effective (e.g. Premier Inn, AirBNB) for project teams working around the UK.
