A primary point of contact for the business, this role provides essential support to customers and sales teams alike and is integral to the success of the sales function.

You'll be the first point of contact for external sales enquiries, and responsible for managing the product set up processes for customer accounts on internal and external systems.
Reporting into the Sales Director, and working closely with the sales team, you will provide support to both the team and to customers and be instrumental in helping the commercial function achieve their goals.
An engaging team player, with a passion for beer, cider and the wider drinks industry.Excellent numerical skills with an eye for detail, particularly when entering data.
Solid experience in Excel, CRM systems, websites and all the usual office software (MS Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
This role is for the long term, with a brand that is making some great moves in the drinks industry.
