- Respond appropriately to all guest needs and questions, ensuring we deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Effectively managedistribution of workload amongst self and direct reports and manage employees to ensureperformance expectations are met
- Provide assistance with menu choices; displaying an understanding of the impact menu choice has on profitability and productivity
- Manage and uphold all brand standards and lead ambassadors in doing the same
- To communicate and administer the F&B strategy to all internal parties
- Manage the yield of inventories in accordance with budget guidelines
- Offer support and assistance to the Food & Beverage Services Manager where required Qualification Standards
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
- Excellent grooming standards, offering the correct example to ambassadors
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential
- Knowledge of all F&B standards; quality of presentation, service and products
- Knowledge of local Food Hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ability to prepare and analyse data, figures and transcriptions prepared on and generated by the computer.
