    JC111 - Water Hygiene TechnicianLocation – LondonSalary – £CompetitiveOverview:First Military Recruitment is working in partnership with our reputable client who is seeking a Water Hygiene Technician to join their team. Joining my client's team, the successful candidate will be a part of their commercial maintenance team, where you will be working on various water contracts carrying out legionella tasks on both mains fed and stored hot & cold water systems for their own clients. Part of this role also involves carrying out minor works on water services as and when required.Duties and Responsibilities:

    • To carry out water temperature monitoring & sampling, cold water tank inspections, clean & disinfection of cold water storage tanks.
    • Shower cleaning & descaling including other outlets.
    • Carrying out minor plumbing works where required.
    • Providing same-day service reports as required via a PDA.
    • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
    • Willing and able to work as part of a team and independently showing initiative dealing with situations and completing tasks.
    • Ability to work to deadlines and timescales.
    • To undertake urgent tasks as they arise and assist other staff within the team.
    • Maintain appropriate procedures for all aspects of Health and Safety regulations in line with TBG procedures.
