    Job Description

    As a Water Hygiene Technician at WCS Group, your role will involve visiting clients' premises and representing the company. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain relationships with existing clients while ensuring their water systems comply with regulations. Working alongside a team of dedicated professionals, you will offer exceptional customer service and assistance.

    Responsibilities

    • Performing water sampling
    • Monitoring temperature levels
    • Descaling shower heads and hoses
    • Servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs)
    • Conducting tank cleans

    If you have a strong work ethic, proficient computer skills, and a positive outlook, WCS Group would like to hear from you. Previous experience in a similar role is a must.

    • Salary Range: £23,796-£36,500 (commensurate with experience). Additional earning opportunities through bonuses and overtime

    WCS Group offers a 'Welcome & Loyalty Plan,' providing payments of up to £1,500 *Dependent on Job/Experience. Employees may receive these payments at different stages of their WCS journey, subject to company discretion.


    • Full-time position: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
