    Description

    We are looking for a Water Hygiene Technician in London with a salary range of £24,000 to £32,000 plus a Car & Benefits package.

    This well-established Asbestos Management Consultancy currently has an exciting opportunity within their Water Hygiene Department for a skilled Water Hygiene Technician. The department plays a crucial role in providing essential water treatment services to a diverse portfolio of clients. As the successful candidate, you will represent the company and will be responsible for visiting clients' sites with the primary objective of strengthening existing relationships and ensuring their water systems comply with regulations. Working collaboratively with a team, you will deliver outstanding customer service and support, including remote data collection using a tablet.

    Responsibilities:

    • Performing calorifier descales
    • Conducting water sampling
    • Monitoring water temperature levels
    • Descale shower heads and hoses
    • Servicing Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs)
    • Flushing of expansion vessels
    • Carrying out tank cleans
    • Conducting Water Plant inspections
    • Monitoring system chemical levels
    • Undertaking basic plumbing/water remedial tasks
    • Reporting work using digital platform

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Prior experience as a Water Hygiene Technician
    • Hold relevant certifications such as City & Guild / Water Management Society / BOHS or equivalent
    • Possess a full UK driving licence
    • Take pride in your work and service delivery
    • Demonstrate a good level of computer/digital skills
    • Exhibit behaviours in line with company values
    • Competence in training and certifications
    • Effective communication skills
    • Based in the UK, preferably in or around London
    • Sponsorship is not available, so full leave to remain is required
