- Manage and co-ordinate a database of potential purchasers.
- Progress enquiries via direct telephone sales calls to database of potential purchasers.
- Welcome visitors and engage to start the sales process.
- Validate and progress sales enquiries.
- Co-ordinate the sales process i.e. reservation through to legal completion, including 'easy move'.
- Receive calls from and arrange visits and viewings for potential purchasers.
- Act as personal contact to all potential purchasers.
- Assist and support buyers with their move.
- Deliver presentations to potential buyers off-site and to attend promotional events.
- Customer Service - Handholding secured purchasers to ensure fabulous customer engagement, each and every step of the way.
- Co-ordinate 'Easy Move' service including removals, solicitors, estate agents.
- Experience and knowledge of the concerns affecting older people.
- Sales of new homes or traditional property sales.
- A flair for marketing new properties (with a distinct advantage if you have retirement living experience).
- Excellent negotiating skills.
- Confident and approachable.
- Able to work alone and on your own initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate, with experience of Microsoft (including Excel).
