- Can lead, inspire and motivate the congregation in growing their faith and in meaningfully engaging with the church's mission.
- Possess a gift and passion for nurturing spirituality and discipleship in people of all ages, and especially amongst young people and in local schools.
- Have the acumen and interest to oversee a large parish in the delivery of its mission, with a clear desire to draw new people into the worshipping congregations and to grow the church numerically, as well as in spiritual depth.
- Have experience in team leadership and collaborative ministry.
- Will support the parish's commitment to the liberal catholic tradition, eucharistic worship, daily morning and evening prayer, choral music, excellent Biblical preaching, and strong pastoral care.
