    Description

    Established in2004 our journey began as a residential summer basketball camp thatwas designed to give children the opportunity to engage with othersand learn life skills to prepare them for life outside educationsystems a mission that still drives our companytoday.

    Tasks

    • Prepareand produce a scheme of work and session plans as directed by theQuality Team.
    • Maintain uptodate and accuraterecords (eportfolio and caseload tracker) for each individuallearner according to internal procedures.
    • Provide progression retention and achievementinformation for the course beingtaught.
    • Contribute to the selfassessmentprocess which informs continuousimprovement.
    • Assess the learners performance inthe workplace.
    • Maintain uptodate and accuraterecords (eportfolio and caseload tracker) for each learneraccording to internal procedures.
    • Provideongoing information advice and guidance to learners so theyto
      reach their aspirations. l quality assurance strategyto ensure that assessments are
      delivered to a highstandard.

    Requirements

    • A1/TAQA or equivalent qualification
    • Managing anentire learner journey
    • Eportfolio systemknowledge
    • Knowledge and understanding of theapplication
      of the apprenticeshipstandards
    • Proven experience in effectiveteachingand
      learning
