    Description

    Salary:£dependant of experience plus bonus

    Exciting opportunity with a fast-growing & multi-award winning organisation to the company's digital advertising strategy. Working from their offices in Kirkby Lonsdale the successful candidate will responsible for implementing all aspects of their online marketing campaigns to include Google/Bing adverts/Adwords and broader PPC and SEM strategy. This is a global role so the successful candidate will design the campaigns targeted towards the local culture. You will liaise with translation agencies to develop copy but will be directly responsible for running the campaigns.

    Its an exciting opportunity for a highly innovative and expanding organisation to have a significant impact on the success of the organisation. They are growing rapidly and launching in to new markets so you'll have the exciting task to support the launch and see direct impact of your work on a new market.

    They are looking for an experienced PPC professional who has had significant budgetary responsibilities in the past. You'll have sole responsibility for the department and will have the autonomy to manage the campaigns in-line with achieving corporate objectives. The role would suite a commercially astute individual who is focused on perfecting campaigns to continue drive ROI growth and is able to keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends to keep the company in a sector leading position.

    Specific duties will include:


    • Setting up & managing Search Engine Ad/Adword campaigns (in global markets)


    • Work with internal stakeholders to write attractive copy


    • Constantly monitoring success & performance; testing approaches and techniques to drive ROI's


    • Researching global markets to understand cultural norms and adapt your approach for each country


    • Liaise with 3 rd party agencies to translate copy

    · Report results to the board; identifying trends, opportunities and innovations to help the company grow

    Required Skills & Experiences:


    • Experience of managing a large PPC budget


    • Track record of increasing sales through advertising


    • Proven to demonstrate ROI growth through analytics, adaptation and innovation


    • Knowledge of how SEO compliments PPC


    • Excellent written/spoken skills (English essential and additional languages useful)


    • Highly organised, task focused and success orientated
