    PPC Manager

    Location: London/ Hybrid – (Work-From-Anywhere policy, with occasional attendance at London office)

    Salary: £45,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme

    About The Company

    Due to continued successes and exciting growth plans, an award-winning paid search and social specialist digital agency are looking for a PPC Manager to become an integral part of their growing PPC team.

    The agency is primarily focused on B2C ecommerce, in a variety of industries and markets: Meaning you'll have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of markets. You will also have the opportunity to become an expert in the most valuable marketing techniques within PPC, such as Performance Max, GA4 and SQL.

    The business offers a Work-From-Anywhere policy, with only occasional travel to the company office. The agency is looking for someone who is in commutable distance to their London office however, due to the regular social events the company hosts for their team.

    PPC Manager Role & Responsibilities

    As the new PPC Manager you will take control of a small range of clients in various industries, with your time split across technical PPC strategy, team management, and client management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Being heavily involved in the building, execution, and optimisation of client campaigns.
    • Client management of the clients you work with, with the support of the senior members of the PPC team.
    • You will have the opportunity to work on new business acquisition, with training and support of the PPC Directors and Head of.
    • Team management of 1-2 PPC Executives as you progress in your role.
    • Stay up to date with platform and industry changes, with a desire to continue to learn and progress in your career.
    • Attend relevant Google events.

    Your Skills & Experience

    You will be supported to work how is best for you, as you receive the support necessary to progress further in your PPC career. The agency does ask that you have:

    • 3+ years' of PPC experience.
    • Strong experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Performance Max, Google Shopping.
    • Experience of managing a small team.
    • Experience working on performance focused campaigns.
    • Experience of managing multiple accounts is ideal.
    • A data-driven mindset, with experience using A/B testing to optimise performance.
