    Description
    Joiner - Fire Doors (Install & Remedial Works)
    Salary - Circa £40k (Inclusive of travel time)

    The last 12 month has seen a significant decrease in contract roles and an even bigger reduction in private work.

    At NEO Property Solutions we specialisein the installation and maintenance of Fire Doors – both timber and composite. Our work ranges from Schools, Hospitals, Sports Arena, Offices, Apartments, Social Housing, Retail Outlets, Care Homes and more.

    Each day is a little different, you might be doing some remedial work on a double door set and bringing it back to regulations, installing some new intermittent strips, upgrading hinges, installing Iron work.

    A general capability to use technology - we record all works done on a mobile device, you'll need to be comfortable using it (full training will be provided) – if you can use face book you can use our Apps
    Minimum NVQ level 2 Carpentry (Or other joinery equivalent)
    Full UK Driving licence
    Generally travel upto 1.5 hours of your home (We try to keep you as local as possible)
    ~ Company Van (Saving of £5000+ per annum on average)
    ~ 29 Days holiday including bank holidays
