    Description

    Kensington Mortgage Company is paving the way as the UK's leading specialist mortgage lender, offering individuals the opportunity to secure a mortgage when traditional avenues may not be an option.

    This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts and audits for various entities, with a focus on Residential Mortgage Backed Securitisations (RMBS).

    • Create and manage the audit plan and timetable for SPV statutory accounts.
    • Lead day-to-day audit and statutory accounts processes.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of year-end accounting for SPVs.
    • Review and update statutory accounts in compliance with relevant standards.
    • Manage stakeholders, outsource providers, and auditors effectively.

    Applicants should have a background in Financial Controllership within financial services, particularly with experience in securitisation and SPVs. Knowledge of RMBS is advantageous.

    • Experience in statutory accounts preparation under IFRS, FRS 101, FRS 102.
    • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
    • Intermediate Excel proficiency.
