    Description

    As a CNC Service Engineer (Mechanical), you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing our diverse range of complex Machine Tool products. Joining a specialist family run business, steeped in history, as they look to recruit fresh blood into the service team with retirements pending in the coming years.     Who Would Suit This Job: This role is ideal for highly experienced mechanical engineers with a background in manufacturing and machine tools. Candidates should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A flexible attitude towards work hours and a willingness to travel are essential for this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of Machine Tool products.
    • Diagnose and rectify faults, ensuring machines operate at peak performance.
    • Liaise with technical support, service management, and customers to address issues effectively.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate findings to customers.

    Benefits:

    1. CNC Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) £40,000 +overtime
    2. Senior CNC Field Service Engineer (Mechanical) £45,000 +overtime
