    Reporting To - RoR Managing Director (MD)

    Responsible For - Regional Development Officer team

    Employment Basis - Part time – four days per week

    • To lead the implementation of RoR education strategy as outlined in RoR Strategy , to help ensure the seamless transition of racehorses from racing into new careers.
    • To increase access to and take up of education and training resources to provide retraining support for owners of former racehorses.
    • To expand networks, collaborating with recognised bodies, professionals and those with the relevant expertise.
    • To lead and develop a motivated education team that thrives.
    • To create an inclusive RoR community.
