    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Developer to join our team on a contractor basis. As a Quantitative Developer, you will work closely with our quantitative research and trading teams to develop and implement cutting-edge trading strategies and financial models.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to understand their requirements and develop software solutions to support their trading strategies.

    Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient software infrastructure, including data processing, analysis, and trading systems.

    Implement complex mathematical and statistical models into production-ready software.

    Optimize trading algorithms and strategies for execution speed and efficiency.

    Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software systems to ensure their reliability and accuracy.

    Monitor and maintain the performance of trading systems, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.

    Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, research papers, and technological advancements in quantitative trading.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

    Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

    Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

    Experience in developing quantitative trading systems or financial models.

    Proficiency in numerical and statistical libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, or pandas.

    Familiarity with database technologies and SQL.

    Knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and order execution.

    Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

    Effective communication and teamwork skills.

    Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

    Note: This is a contractor position, which means you will be working on a temporary basis for a specified duration. The duration of the contract will be discussed during the interview process.
