- Oversee the management, control, and handling of all dispatch, logistics, packing and re-packaging of product, and warehouse activities.
- Manage and plan consignments to, and manage and plan stock in, multiple international 3P ecommerce warehouses.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to optimise material flow, minimise costs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage onsite H&S and warehouse training.
- Lead the integration of advanced warehouse management systems and digitalisation initiatives.
- Promote the adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity.
- Provide Management, leadership and guidance to warehouse and logistics teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse management systems and proficiency in leveraging technology for process optimisation.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
