    About the Role:

    We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding organization. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing all operational activities within their assigned value stream. This includes leading and developing team members, as well as achieving key logistics targets and objectives. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for monitoring and enhancing OTIF performance to ensure that our customers consistently receive their orders accurately and on time.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Leading a team of up to 30 individuals to manage product fulfillment, physical distribution, and warehouse operations.
    • Directing teams to meet SLAs and exceed performance targets.
    • Strategically planning and executing logistics, warehouse, and transportation operations.
    • Overseeing the Forklift Fleet, including safety checks and maintenance.
    • Optimizing the complete order cycle and coordination.
    • Collaborating and negotiating with transportation providers.
    • Monitoring quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, and transport costs.
    • Organizing warehouse, categorizing goods, planning routes, and processing shipments.
    • Resolving any issues or complaints efficiently.
    • Meeting productivity, accuracy, and timeliness goals.
    • Conducting data analysis to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
    • Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and quality standards.

    Required Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing physical distribution, warehouse, and logistics.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
    • Strong communication skills with a sense of urgency.
    • Familiarity with warehouse systems and processes.
    • Ability to motivate staff and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Experience in pick and pack operations.
    Desirable Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
    • Health & Safety certification (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely).
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques (5s, 6 sigma, SMED, TPM, OEE).
    • Prior use of Barcoding Systems.
    • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems.
