- Maintain ordering tool, update weekly sales, orders, and inventory levels in excel files.
- Keep an accurate record of incoming POs and liaise with key contacts to ensure visibility and bookings on ETAs.
- Maintain trade reporting each week to aid PPI manager as a reporting and decision-making tool.
- Maintain systems and data with a high level of accuracy.
- Sales reporting on a daily and weekly basis
- Updating WSSIs and line card data on a weekly basis
- Key point of contact for our warehouse team, attending weekly meetings and taking actions to ensure efficient processing of deliveries to get stock live on time.
- Checking and approving invoices, raising POs and CSV files.
- Actioning markdowns in Magento.
- Support the core merchandising team in general day to day ad hoc tasks & queries.
- Complete daily price checks across key competitors.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

We are a leading global business dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we are looking for a Merchandise Assistant (m/f/d) to join our Direct-To-Consumer department.
As a Merchandise Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory and intake files. You'll help to produce reports and spreadsheets that manage sales and product inventory levels.
Tasks will also include liaising with internal and external partners to arrange deliveries as well as raising POs and loading CSV files. You will also support market analysis of product range and pricing, actioning changes to ensure we have the right customer offer.
You should have good numerical proficiency, excellent organisational skills with a good eye for detail and accuracy. Experience in using Microsoft Excel is a must.
