MIDAS is working with a highly successful and commercially focused Lancashire-based construction company who are approaching their centenary anniversary and act as a long-term construction partner to clients in the health, education, commercial and local authority sectors.
Job Description:
The successful applicant:
You will be an experienced Site Manager with strengths managing refurbishment and extension projects with values up to £10 million across the healthcare and educational sectors. You will be able to manage and lead site teams and set clear objectives. You will be an excellent communicator and be able to proactively build good relationships with clients and manage expectations. You will be skilled in monitoring and controlling costs against budgets and demonstrate a positive and pro-active attitude towards health and safety. Good planning skills with the ability to think ahead, prioritising tasks and monitoring progress against plan, making alterations where necessary.
