    Desired Skills and Experience:

    · Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture and its subdomains.

    · Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries.

    · Expertise in problem definition, strategic design, and business change.

    · Experience in governance, assurance, and decision-making.

    · A knack for community collaboration and stakeholder management.

    Role Overview

    As an integral part of our digital strategy, you'll be the driving force behind aligning our IT architecture with our business goals. Your mission? To ensure that our technology solutions not only support but enhance our operations. From defining capabilities to shaping enterprise-level architecture, your strategic brilliance will guide us towards a future of innovation and success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Define required capabilities and foster organisational changes to create operating models that propel us towards our business objectives.

    · Set guardrails for shared enterprise-level architecture and lead transformative change.

    · Provide tools, coaching, and support to our business-led product teams.

    · Coordinate plans and roadmaps to streamline operations and minimise conflicts.

    · Own the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment from a business, technology, and data perspective.

    · Understand technical governance and assure the delivery of cross-cutting capabilities that enable change.

    · Team Leadership and Development: Guiding, mentoring, and developing a team of architects will be at the heart of your role. Foster a culture of excellence and innovation as you guide your team towards success.
