    Description
    £120,000 SalaryOffice attendance is twice a week in central London50-70% of the role will involve international travelAs the Data Manager, you will be at the forefront of the data strategy's development and implementation. Your expertise in data management, planning, communication, and analysis will be critical in delivering the business transformations essential for our future operating model. By utilizing your knowledge of data techniques, models, governance, and solutions, you will be instrumental in discovering and developing innovative solutions in an ever-changing business landscape.

    You will play a critical role in shaping the Group's data-driven future, which includes Business Development, Underwriting, Claims, Risk, Operations, Valuation, and Finance functions.

    This exciting role requires a candidate with excellent influencing and strategic skills, combined with a focus on operational excellence.

    With the ability to think outside the box and develop sustainable relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization across the globe, you will lead the charge in driving change and innovation.

    Your contribution will not only transform the way my client operates but also will help realise a more data-driven future.

    We are looking for someone who has the below experience:

    A proven track record of developing and implementing practical data strategy in complex organisations, incorporating culture, governance, processes, and solutions.

    Experience of leading successful project or change delivery in a large organisation.
    Experience with collecting, organising, and analysing large data sets.
    Knowledge of relevant data governance, data model structures, technologies, programming languages, data visualisation, and reporting systems
