Are you an engaging Business Analyst with experience of business transformation projects?

Do you love to truly partner with the business to improve ways of working?

Are you looking for a role that gives you accountability and ownership?

This could be a brilliant next move for your career development

Joining a newly created team, you'll work with business services teams and practice groups to deliver business transformation projects across the firm. Whether it's large-scale technology enabled change, new ways of working, target operating model or regulatory change, your role will be to engage stakeholders and define requirements to establish robust businesses cases.

You'll be confident in taking ambiguous requirements from senior stakeholders and translating them into tangible deliverables, will come with a strong toolkit of BA skills and be experienced in choosing the right approach for each unique situation.

This is a collaborative team which prides itself on offering a great service to the business, being accountable and adding value through their work. Joining the team now enables you to be part of the journey from the beginning, helping to establish how the business analysis is delivered.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Manchester office.
