- Manage and optimize Production Planning to meet output targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts and materials to support production schedules.
- Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials requirements for production needs.
- Collaborate with the supply team and assist in procurement activities as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with Suppliers and team members to ensure delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with various departments like Sales, Engineering, and Business Development.
- Enhance planning methods and procedures for better production efficiency.
- Coordinate product shipments while adhering to export regulations.
- Develop and track relevant KPIs to enhance performance.
- GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Demonstrated experience in a similar setting
- Proficiency in MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning)
- Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical skills and ability to handle complexity
- Proficient in writing procedures and presentations
- Highly professional and skilled in health and safety practices
- Experience in managing challenging situations and projects
- Valid clean driving license
