- Develop and implement standardised procedures for order quality assurance to guarantee consistency and excellence in order processing and delivery.
- Conduct remote quality checks using QC tickets, ensuring adherence to stringent quality standards throughout the order lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with subcontracting partners to strategically place QA tasks within the order chain, facilitating smooth order delivery and addressing potential issues proactively.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, drive continuous improvement, and optimise automation in quality assurance processes.
- Analyse quality assurance data to enhance process efficiency and drive improvements, leveraging insights to benefit various business areas.
- Provide constructive feedback to Sales and Operations teams, fostering continuous improvement efforts and aligning processes with customer expectations and business objectives.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferable but not essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of engineering/quality experience.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen ability to anticipate and address challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated accountability for tasks and outcomes.
