    Job Description

    Aquanauts is one of the busiest PADI 5 IDC scuba diving centres in the South West, with an extremely busy online retail presence, being in the top five retailers for diving products in the UK and we are growing our team.

    We are looking for an experienced PADI Professional to join the Management Team at our Dive Centre, with previous experience working in retail, e-commerce and SEO (preferred) to help manage the shop both online and in-store.

    This is a varied role, with plenty of opportunities to instruct PADI Courses and enjoy diving in Plymouth National Marine Park (all year round), teaching from shore and our hard boat located alongside the dive centre from our harbourside location.

    Retail

    Being part of the UK's fastest-growing online dive gear provider is never dull, with plenty of opportunities to see some of the latest dive products and industry experts. Daily you will assist with online marketing and content creation for our website and app and deliver exceptional customer service via email and phone. You will also get to meet our divers in person and help them find everything they need from products, courses, gear servicing, trips and charters.

    Diving

    We are an all year round centre, delivering courses from our coastal location, in the summer it's an idyllic lifestyle and even the winter delivers (in our opinion) some of the best visibility and when calm, the perfect training location. UK diving experience is preferred, but not essential.

    Candidates would need to be willing to commit to a long-term placement, but this would be rewarded by a competitive salary of £26,000-£29,000, plus benefits, based on experience and there will be opportunities for further training to support their career development.

    This would be an ideal role for a PADI Professional with retail, SEO and e-commerce experience looking to work in management. A full UK driver's licence and the right to work in the UK are essential .
