This exceptional institutionis dedicated to providing its students with a highquality educationfostering academic excellence and personal growth across allsubjects. They seek a passionate and experienced Head of Year whocan provide leadership guidance and support to a dedicated group ofteachers and students.

    TheRole

    The ideal candidate will be aseasoned educator with a proven track record of success in leadingand managing a year group. They will possess exceptionalorganizational and communication skills coupled with a deepunderstanding of the curriculum and a commitment to promotingstudent wellbeing. As Head of Year their responsibilities willencompass:

    • Providing visionaryleadership and guidance to the yeargroup
    • Overseeing the academic progress andpastoral care of students
    • Fostering a positiveand supportive learningenvironment
    • Collaborating effectively withteachers parents and the wider schoolcommunity
    • Contributing to the overall successand development of theschool

    QualificationsandExperience

    • QualifiedTeacher Status (QTS) and a relevant teachingdegree
    • Substantial experience as a Head of Yearor a similar leadership role
    • Proven ability tomotivate inspire and lead a team ofteachers
    • Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills
    • A commitment to studentwellbeing and academicsuccess

    Salary

    Thesalary for this Head of Year position will be commensurate withexperience and qualifications aligning with the MPS/UPS payscale.
