- Answering phone calls
- Taking of messages
- Transferring of calls
- Monitoring mailbox and responding to all emails in a timely manner
- Administer and oversee room bookings for site
- Manage Access management system and issue new starter and replacement cards/passes
- Ordering of stationery and catering consumables.
- Positively respond to customers through effective communication and personal accessibility.
- Providing excellent customer service, by managing client expectations and ensuring information is communicated between the team and customers
- Liaising with client on a variety of matters and attending to their needs whilst maintaining a strong working relationship.
- Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard.
- Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly.
- To carry out any reasonable request from management.
- Excellent PC based skills, with experience in Word/Excel and Outlook
- Some financial / accounting experience may be an advantage
- Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus
- Excellent verbal, and good basic standard of written, communication skills
- Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and systematic

A World Leading Service Provider who operate on an International scale is seeking an experienced Switchboard Operator based in the Nottingham area on a Temp to Perm contract working in large corporate office site.
The successful candidate would ideally need to be very client facing and has good experience working in a FOH environment plus helpdesk duties as well.
