    To help us get where we're going, we are looking for a Field Operations Delivery Manager .

    The role of a Field Operations Delivery Manager is to lead, inspire, engage and develop a diverse skilled team of in-home experts to deliver the highest standards of customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency and safety, in order to achieve business targets.

    We want you to help us think differently; We need individuals who can drive a culture of service excellence in a dynamic field environment, where customers are treated fairly and properly informed.

    As one of our front-line leaders you will role model and lead a coaching culture that allows your team to deliver high quality customer service and perform at their best.

    In addition, you'll lead your team through the deployment of large-scale transformation projects, including delivery, embedding and use of new field technologies.

    A passion for people and a honed ability to lead, motivate and engage a remote field-based team is key, as is an ability to drive great customer outcomes through outstanding people, communication and problem-solving skills.
