    Purpose of Role

    We are currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to our NHS Contract

    Job Description

    The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a range of Maintenance Duties across site. Responsible for providing a full and comprehensive maintenance service to the retained and new hospital buildings based in the Wirral.

    Responsibilities

    -Undertake carpentry & joinery tasks, floor, wall and ceiling tile replacement, roof repairs, plaster repairs, brickwork, drainage, and other works associated with the upkeep and maintenance of the building fabric.
    -Assist in replacement of components and systems as part of life cycle obligations.
    -Liaise with external contractors and other staff.

    Essential Qualifications/Skills

    -Experience of hands on repairs, self managed DIY projects
    -Healthcare experience would be beneficial
