    Job Description:


    We are seeking a motivated and experienced self-employed Financial Adviser to bring your client bank over to our client's firm.

    As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and guidance to clients across a wide range of financial matters, including investments, retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and more.

    The client will supply all the administrative support required to perform your role and give you access to their Paraplanning and Compliance functions at no cost.

    You will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situation, and develop customised strategies to help them achieve their objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for clients to evaluate their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
    • Provide personalised financial advice and recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
    • Develop and implement holistic financial plans that encompass investment strategies, retirement planning, tax optimisation, estate planning, and risk management.
    • Monitor and review clients' financial portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their objectives and adjust as necessary.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed and relevant advice to clients.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive engagement, and exceptional service delivery.
    Qualifications and Skills:


    • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Adviser in a holistic financial planning environment.
    • Professional qualifications, you must be Diploma Qualified (CIS) or equivalent.
    • Several years' experience providing advice to High-Net-Worth clients.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and adding value.
    • Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
    • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
