- Serve as the first point of contact for 3rdline escalations within theorganisation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Stay up to date by researching and evaluating emerging technologies, hardware, and software
- Maintain and update technical documentation regularly and accurately
- Attend meetings on time, portraying a positive and professional image
- Accurately log and record completed tasks via the ticketing system
- Proactively and within the established SLAs respond to client queries via Ticket, Phone, Email
- Plan, implement and manage Modern workplace services, such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePointetc
- Deliver assigned projects in line with the goals set by the project lead, and to the expectation of our clients
- Maintainaccuratehardware and software inventory records
- Identifyproblem patterns and implement fixes that ensure permanent resolution
- Ensure that Penelope policies are followed - e.g., Timesheets, ticketing system, documentation, Health & Safety, internal communication etc.
- Support junior colleagues and provide training as and whenrequired
- Design and develop IT systems and services which ensure security and privacy
- Liaise with vendor's as and whenrequired
- 5 years + relevant experience
- Excellent problem solving skills with a proactive attitude

- Excellent attention to detail
- AD and Azure AD management
- Microsoft Windows Server OS management, and support.
- Managing Azure & Office 365
- Excellent understanding and experience within modern IT platforms, Enterprise IT systems and networking (our clients use Office 365, Azure, Hyper-V, Windows Server 201619, SQL, Exchange etc)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Mosyle and other MDM solutions
- Managing Microsoft Modern Workplace services such as SharePoint, Teams, Flow
- Managing virtualized environments such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Hyper-V, VMWare
- Good scripting abilities especially PowerShell
- Good working knowledge of major networking components, to include networking operating systems, basic configuration and maintenance, Switches, Router, Load Balancers and Firewalls etc
- Networking skills - WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN etc
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems 7 11
- Acting as a point of escalation for 1stline colleagues
- Microsoft certified or other industry relevant qualifications

Were Penelope (). We provide IT support and services to charities and social enterprises across London. We are an ethical and principled IT support company were a friendly team that works hard for the fabulous non-profit organisations we support. Our genuine aim is to provide our clients with the very best levels of service.
As well as our Bath office we have a team based in London. We work on a hybrid basis with 3 days pw in the office.
You will report into our Technical Lead and work closely with the whole Service Desk team to efficiently maintain and manage the IT systems of our clients, ensuring that any issues are accurately logged and effectively resolved within the scope of our SLAs.
