    Job Summary

    We're growing the team Due to new business wins, we're looking for 3 part-time or full-time Sales Executives to join our team at AMA in Kings Lynn.

    Are you used to tailoring your approach to each customer's needs to convert leads into sales? Or perhaps you feel like you've hit the ceiling in your current role and now is the time for a new challenge?

    As a Sales Executive, it will be your responsibility to drive the business forward through securing new business by answering in-bound sales calls, making outbound calls and upselling into our existing customer base.

    Typical tasks and responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell/cross sell our products and services, converting these into bookings.
  • Account manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying sales opportunities and increasing spend.
  • Record, update and maintain accurate customer data and customer interaction on the CRM system.
  • Through your highly developed sales techniques you will establish the skip hire needs of commercial and domestic customers and provide appropriate commercial solutions.
  • Proactively manage incoming enquiries and prospecting opportunities.
  • What we need from you:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills and time management – you will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment accurately, with good attention to detail, so that your customers always get a high-quality service.
  • Responds well to pressure, with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Be able to negotiate and identify business opportunities.
  • Enthusiastic, driven and determined.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office programmes.
  • You may have:

  • Previous sales experience, confidence and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven success of achieving targets and working to KPI's.
  • Some experience of skip hire, or waste management would be desirable but not essential, as support will be given in your induction and training so that you understand the industry we work in and the products and services to ensure you can strive for success.

    Salary: Up to £33,000 per year OTE (pro rata for part-time).

    Working hours: This is an office-based role, working Monday-Friday Part-time 25 hours per week, 9.30am-2.30pm or Full-time 40 hours per week, 8.30am -5.00pm. Please confirm on your application your requirement.
