    We are now looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help with the upkeep of our multiple sites.

    Free Meal on shift - GBP200pm (full time)
    Free Hot Drinks - GBP140pm (full time)
    TOTAL WORTH - GBP630 per month for full time employee
    The projects could include but are not limited to;

    Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures, fittings, and equipment across two sites: East Dulwich (1 day per week) and Sutton (2 days per week).

    Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify and resolve issues with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
    Coordinate with external contractors for more bespoke maintenance work
    Keep on top of compliance and building/customer safety
    Liaise with site management to prioritize maintenance tasks and communicate any disruptions to the FOH team.
    Order and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
    Help on of-hours maintenance tasks and emergencies, maintaining a commitment to high-quality workmanship and speed of task delivery
