Sales Support Executive
Remote Based, London Office


Salary:
£25K base
My client is a fast growth tech company based in the heart of London. They have a remote based team around the country who are supporting them on a mission to grow, create a industry leading name and help all SME businesses in the UK


They have a digital lending platform which allows Small/Medium businesses in the UK to get access to quick and effecient loans online at half the speed of going to a UK Bank For this reason they are extremely popular and are helping so many businesses growfunding expansion on workforce, new machinery and premises.


The role offers great progression as you will work alongside Industry leading professionals, be supported by MD who will teach you the rope and have fantastic exposure across all parts of the sales process so you can find out what you enjoy.

As the
Sales Support Executiveyour
responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Work as a crucial part of the sales and commercial team to ensure new customer are being onboarded, growing portfolio and increasing brand awareness
  • Responsible for converting warm leads which are coming into the business via brokers, partners and marketing activities
  • Speaking to prospect customers explaining the product and how it can help their business
  • Building strong relationships with customers and offering great customer service

Essential Skills and Competencies of the
Sales Support Executive

  • Highly organised, proactive and keen to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Previous customer facing experience e.g. as part time role or full time office job
  • Good communication skills and being able to build rapport with customers
  • Genuine interest in finance and technology
  • Desire to be in a sales function
