    Child Development Officer- Bailleston, Glasgow

    Indigo Childcare Group is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Child Development Officer in Bailleston, Glasgow.     Responsibilities:

    • Provide a high-quality learning environment for children's development.
    • Plan and deliver stimulating learning programs.
    • Ensure sessions are safe, inclusive, and fun.
    • Contribute to quality improvement and adhere to regulatory standards.
    • Engage with parents and support their involvement in children's learning.

    Requirements:

    • SVQ Level 3 in Social Services – Children & Young People preferred.
    • Strong customer service skills and willingness to learn.
    • Excellent communication and IT skills.
    • Highly organized and able to work independently.
    • Team player with a proactive attitude.
