    Litigation Associate - Fraudulent Disputes (Boutique Law Firm, London)


    About the Role:

    This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced litigation associate to join a dynamic boutique law firm in London.

    The firm specializes in complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on representing clients in fraudulent activity cases.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of complex commercial fraud matters.
    Draft and file court documents, including pleadings, motions, and persuasive briefs.
    Assist with pre-trial discovery, including witness interviews, document production requests, and depositions.
    Prepare for and attend client meetings, hearings, and trials, providing comprehensive support to senior associates and partners.
    Manage assigned caseload effectively, meeting critical deadlines and ensuring case stays on track.
    Maintain strong communication channels with clients, keeping them informed of case developments and legal strategies.
    Stay current on legal trends and developments in commercial litigation and civil fraud law.


    Qualifications:
    Qualified solicitor 0-8yrs of experience in commercial litigation, with a demonstrably strong track record in handling fraud cases.
    Exceptional research and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive legal arguments.
    Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical thinking.
    Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively under pressure.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
