The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the plant.
Preparing the annual preventative maintenance program for all the site equipment & machinery.
Ensuring suitable contractors are used and organise the raising of appropriate purchase orders for external work and control the inter-company work orders.
Organising the correct contractors to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to maximise the availability of plant and equipment.
Managing the site fitter including work allocation, training and day to day supervision.
Updating and management of site operating procedures and risk assessment files.
Organising the routine inspections and services on plant and equipment within manufacturers guidelines and the correct contractors accordingly.
Organising and controlling plant modifications inclusive of commissioning of any new plant and machinery, ensuring that the correct files are up to date.
Computer literate.
NEBOSH Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent.
