If you possess excellent customer service, administration and communication skills and want to work in a team delivering superb customer service to internal and external customers, then this could be the job for you.

Delivering efficient services is at the heart of our organisation and Corporate and Electoral Support offer a flexible, friendly but performance driven environment to deliver this for our client departments.

The role involves working in the Council's busy post and print room and scanning and indexing documents into the Corporate Document Management System for Council services.

You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, have excellent attention to detail, and understanding of working in an office environment.

You must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft products. Above all you will be able to demonstrate a drive to deliver high quality services to customers.

This role is customer-facing and the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential element of the role.

These are full-time positions available on a 12 month fixed term contract.
